FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PHOTOS?
This answer depends on time of year and type of session you've had. A typical session is usually no more than 3 weeks however during busy season, it can sometimes be up to 4 weeks. Weddings typically are 60 days.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU GET SICK OR INJURED AND CANNOT PHOTOGRAPH ME/US?
There is always a backup plan! Typically we would reschedule however for big events, things that cannot be rescheduled I have a handful of trusted photographers I would have photograph you in my place.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
If you need to reschedule, it needs to be done with 24 hours notice if possible however I do understand that emergencies come up. You are allowed to reschedule ONCE with no rescheduling fees. If rescheduling happens more than once, there is a rescheduling fee for each time rescheduled.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Upon signing the contract, you will receive a welcome guide which will include a style guide. A quick guide: neutral/earthy tones photograph best, in every situation
